You must register in the app using the same email you used to register your child. You can also add family members by following these steps.

We understand scheduling conflicts come up or kids decide they don't want to play soccer. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund after teams are formed and rosters are locked - typically two weeks prior to the first game. Prior to that we can offer a refund on a case by case basis. Please contact Katie Reeves for refund requests: katie@mfcphx.org.
*Registration insurance is offered through Sports Engine. MFC is in no way affiliated with this service but you are welcome to purchase for a nominal fee to protect your registration fee. Registration insurance can only be purchased at the time of the original registration.
